剧情简介
1980年代初，上海某造船厂锻压车间有一群已到结婚年龄但仍无女朋友的光棍汉，他们在班长石奇龙（刘信义）的带领下，有时会聚餐发泄一下当工人的种种不好——钱少、地位低、无女孩瞧得上之类，并做出一些痞气的行为，但总体来讲，他们是快乐的。性情温良的刘铁（马晓伟）虽生活在他们中间，但多少显得有些不合群，一因他的文化程度相比较高，有了空闲时间就会读书、写有关技术改进的文章，二因他自称是坚定的单身主义者。 厂办夜校来了位美丽的名叫丁玉洁（龚雪）的女教师，光棍汉一时看傻了眼，可是一听她要抓他们去读书学习，每个人都想逃开，但在车间主任秦德昌（战车）的“逼压”下，他们还是来到了课堂，而课堂上的一场矛盾、车间里的一次工作失误过后，他们也意识到知识的重要，开始认真上课，其中前后对比最强烈的，当属石奇龙。期间，刘铁的表现又是不合群：知晓丁玉洁来到厂里后，他常常有意将她避开。 ...。Martin (John Amplas), a young man who looks around 20-years-old, boards a train in Indianapolis, Indiana for New York.
