Six months have passed since Dr. Ogden moved to Buffalo and Det. Murdoch is constantly a loggerheads with Dr. Francis, her replacement. While Insp. Brackenreid thinks highly of Francis, who was recruited from Scotland Yard, Murdoch finds him stubborn and unimaginative. He also seems to be in no rush to help Murdoch with his latest case where human body body parts were discovere...。故事以游戏为基础，是前作D.C.53年之后的故事。故事中两位女主角朝仓音姬和朝仓由梦是前作主角的孙女，但动画以女主角之一的月岛小恋与主角交往为开头，以游戏剧情的天枷美夏路线为结尾。。26岁主人公·田中直子（永野芽郁饰）原本过着普通的白领生活，但公司聘用一位魅力无边的不良女白领兰（广濑爱丽丝饰），中途入职的她和直子产生友情，二人会一起去咖啡店，但其实她是以「丝卡将」（和风图案夹克）为标记的人气不良OL。直子被卷入地狱般的派系斗争，能否重获平稳的OL生活？。
