韩立携妻子外出旅游，被绝命岛的猎手林楠掳走了韩立的妻子童瑶，为了救妻子，韩立孤身进入绝命岛，但却得知绝命岛分为内岛和外岛，而妻子被关押在内岛，为了救妻子，韩立只得踏上了赤手空拳争夺夺命榜前三的征途。The movie starts with the Sazer-X playing basketball.
