「你知道浦岛隧道吗？据说只要进入那条隧道，就能得到任何想要的事物；但相对地也会变老。」 高中生塔野薰听说了这样的都市传说，碰巧就在当天夜晚，发现了疑似传言所指的隧道。只要进入这条隧道，或许就能救回五年前过世的妹妹。 放学后，薰开始独自探勘隧道，却被转学生花城杏子发现。两人为了得到彼此想要的东西而携手合作。充满前所未有体验的惊奇夏天，即将开始。。The film is based loosely around events in December 1995 that culminated in the murders of three drug dealers in Rettendon, Essex, UK.
