尖东表面是个繁闹的商业都市，但内里却隐藏不少暗涌，几个黑社会头目结集众兄弟准备开片，连途经的警员也旋即遭殃，警方结果出动机动步队对阵，连场激战也因而展开，而气焰嚣张的尖东双虎也在混战中受伤，其中一名凌俊更被警方逮捕归案。原来俊自幼因家庭问题而培养出好勇斗狠的性格，最后凭着自己凶悍的手段，成为了当今一时无俩的拳手。但此时，一直陪伴左右的女友美却与他分手。当上黑帮大佬的生涯令俊忘却自我，只知与其他黑帮勾结买卖，为非作歹，最后不能自拔……。Speedy" loses his job as a soda-jerk, then spends the day with his girl at Coney Island. He then becomes a cab driver and delivers Babe Ruth to Yankee Stadium, where he stays to see the game. When the railroad tries to run the last horse-drawn trolley (operated by his girl's grandfather) out of business, "Speedy" organizes the neighborhood oldtimers to thwart their scheme.。
