The Moliere players are in their dressing room, getting ready to go on set. One actor mentions to another that his face reminds him of an opportunist turncoat he knew when he was in the Resistance. He then relates the adventure that he had in the Resistance, running an illegal radio station and dodging the Nazis.。该剧讲述法租界警务局中央巡捕房探员苏雯丽和探长罗秋恒一同破解悬案的故事。巡捕房探长罗秋恒性格沉稳，行事严谨，为人正直，后来结识苏雯丽，因为苏行事自我，喜欢插手案件，而对她颇有抵触。后来罗秋恒逐渐发现苏雯丽聪明、独立、善良，由欣赏转为爱慕。。在纽约州北部的偏远森林，Poe一家人过着诺曼·洛克威尔式的生活，拥有漂亮的房子、完美的婚姻。但是对于10岁的双胞胎Jack和Emily来说，有些事不正常。他们喜欢将青蛙钉到树上，为了阻止孩子，他们的父母必须进入孩子的噩梦中。唯一的问题是：今晚谁能活下来......。
