That challenge doesn't stop Dr. Michelle Oakley from performing her many duties as a veterinarian in one of the most rugged environments on Ear...。青年偶像志田未来（志田未来饰）受邀拍摄一档全新的手机节目，这一天与之合作的嘉宾是隶属同一事务所的后辈川口春奈（川口春奈饰）。当天节目的主题是灵异视频，影片中某学校的厕所门在无外力的情况下自行打开。诡异的是，该视频由春奈拍摄，但并不在制作组的收集资料中，而且重复播放时还出现了奇怪的现象。两个女孩受到惊吓，制作方请来灵媒除灵，进而得知必须重返春奈的初中以完成净灵仪式。不久之后，制作组来到视频中的学校，但是一切都朝着不可预测的方向发展，隐藏在事件背后20年的秘密渐渐浮出水面，等待这群人的是前所未有的恐怖……。
