PJ和乔西创办了一家搏击俱乐部，希望能借此把自己的第一次献给啦啦队员。她们离奇的计划竟然奏效了。搏击俱乐部越来越受欢迎，很快学校里最受欢迎的姑娘们就以自卫的名义来这儿互相殴打。而PJ和乔西却陷入了困境，必须在计划被曝光之前找到出路。。Uninspired and newly single painter Sara is down on her luck and wants nothing more than to get away from her problems.
