这部武打故事片由美国青年武术冠军寇特·麦肯尼主演，讲一位洛杉矶的空手道少年背景离乡迁居西雅图，怎样在李小龙精神的鼓舞下苦练截拳道，最后复仇雪耻，击败俄国自由式空手道冠军（由当时尚未成名的尚格·云顿饰演）的故事。。本片讲述被贪官养大的孤儿张浩，为生存不得不学会一身混世本领，阴差阳错间冒名顶替了安城县长，在揭开身世之谜的同时激发潜藏内心的正义与良知。张浩用各种意想不到的无赖手段，与只手遮天的乡绅恶霸高登堂展开了一场曲折的生死博弈。。Rainer Kohlberger is prepared to go far when it comes to the physical experiences he evokes with his work.
