在本作舞台的2030年代世界中，被称为“西欧财阀”的巨大组织利用财力、武力进行世界规模的彻底性资源管理，所以技术以及人类的进步正停滞不前。因此表面上技术从2000年代起就没有改变。 此作的世界观与TYPE-MOON多作共通的世界观基本设定一致，但却是从TYPE-MOON多作共通世界观的1970年代派生出来的平行世界，而并不单纯是月姬和Fate等作品的未来。 在这个世界中大源的魔力(Mana)已经枯竭了。因此TYPE-MOON多作共通的世界观中的“魔术(Magi)”和“魔术师(Magus)”几乎都衰落了，魔术协会也只余下本来就不太依赖魔力的“阿特拉斯院”。。Alicia Gellar (Tía Mowry) is a culinary school instructor who has put both her true career aspirations and personal life on the back burner.
