影片讲述了在当今社会中，有许多因高压生活而失眠的男男女女，颇具幽默感的失眠治疗师安定就是一个专门治疗失眠症的行家，在治疗失眠的过程中他偶遇到了一见钟情的保险经理人苗窕，但因为苗窕有一段痛苦的恋爱经历一直不敢轻易接触新的感情，因此安定的多次的追求都被苗窕拒绝了，在经历了一连串啼笑皆非的事件后，安定通过自己的努力和真诚终于打动了苗窕，最终二人终成眷属。。Dee, a non-binary freelance illustrator, is locked into a lease they can't afford.
