民国十一年，为了争夺稀世珍宝麻将秘籍《麻了个将》，一场国际麻将对决赛在上海举行，麻姑、道格拉斯、大长庄、对倒三六条互相争霸，原本力压群雄的麻姑却因为其他三个人在比赛场上的暗中勾结而节节败退。。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation.
