睡梦中，小男孩和宝贝狗驾着火车急速前进，沿途遭到人类猎杀或破坏环境而濒临灭绝的各种动物，如大象、海狗、鹤、老虎、北极熊，都想要搭上这列火车。他们并一路玩起放风筝、丢雪球……。In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip.
