剧情简介
故事发生在清朝末年的江南古镇——南溪。钮世诠（王冰 饰）是南溪的首富，一心想创办中国首家机器丝厂，女儿钮方丽（杨恭如 饰）海外学成归来，在上海火车站目睹了宋教仁被谋杀，混乱中她与齐彻（黄觉 饰）邂逅并相恋。不料俩人的恋情遭胡家强烈反对，因胡家长女胡碧容嫁到钮家后，从十六岁守寡，如今已整整三十年，而当齐彻明白自己爱上的竟是仇家的女儿后，更是心绪难平。此时齐彻的弟弟肖晃（廖凡 饰）又爱上了方丽的妹妹曼蝉（李小璐 饰），但因错走一步路，陷入万劫不复深渊。钮世诠欲置齐彻兄弟于死地，不成想自已则被对他恨之入骨的胡碧容杀死。之后，肖晃与曼蝉绝迹江湖，碧容因与家奴偷情东窗事发自焚，两代家仇从此灰飞烟灭......。Set immediately after the London bombings in 2005, the series will focus on the manhunt for a group of would-be terrorists and the tragic killing of the innocent Brazillian, after he was mistaken as a suspect.
