本片讲述了民国年间，江南某村落因接连发生离奇命案，后来慢慢变成了方圆百里闻名的“封门村”。故事着重讲述了警察万枫和记者李穆在封门村逐渐探究真相，并破除封建迷信的故事。。Les, a small-time celebrity photographer(Buscemi) desperate to make it big befriends Toby, a homeless young man(Pitt) with no direction except a vague desire to become an actor. When by chance Toby becomes romantically involved with K'Harma Leeds,the hottest pop star of the moment, Les grows jealous and plots revenge.。
