《噪乐江湖》是一部音乐武侠题材电影，讲述了由天晟府统领的各大乐派为争夺《伯牙真经》尔虞我诈的故事。隶属于天晟府的乐器杀手文牧歌一直隐蔽而孤独的住在市井之中，他接到的新任务是必须夺得《伯牙真经》，但目标竟是与他朝夕相处的伯牙之后姜妙弦。怎料自己还未动手，姜家惨遭血洗，姜妙弦成为唯一活下来的人，也成为世上唯一知道《伯牙真经》下落的人，整个武林蠢蠢欲动。而文牧歌则因被诬陷屠戮持有《伯牙真经》的姜氏全家，不得不与幸存的姜家女儿姜妙弦踏上了寻找《伯牙真经》的逃亡之路。。Toby's personal life also heats up as his relationship grows with crime reporter Tia Tremblay, who is inexplicably the one person he can't read.
