节目是一档以“男人做家务”为角度切入真实生活的亲密关系观察真人秀。第三季更多创新变量：嘉宾间邀约互访，强化换位思考；室友组三人合租，考验动态平衡；更有新观察员加盟，升级吐槽火力。。电影由一名生活在布鲁克林区与艾滋病作抗争的女性Ana Willis的真实故事改编。Ana的生活中充满了毒品与艾滋病，她在艾滋病社区中承担起了，救助和宣传艾滋病知识的工作。Ana的丈夫Slick(Wendell Pierce饰演), 就曾与艾滋病人共同吸毒。在Ana的外祖母Lucille(Anna Deavere Smith饰演）因忍受不了这种折磨，远走弗吉尼亚洲。有一天一名艾滋病感染者Amare (Evan Ross饰演)突然消失了，Ana也踏上了寻找他的路中。。Dorottya is a young Hungarian actress with a burning desire: to make it on the English stage.
