《真香啊！餐桌》是爱奇艺治愈系都市饮食观察综艺《未知的餐桌》的自制VIP节目。节目邀请两位国民MC岳云鹏和沙溢，担任饭友团团长，两位MC每期节目分别带领一位饭友艺人。在晚饭时间，仅靠一双筷子，穿梭于各个小区，随机寻找愿意开门与他们共进晚餐分享故事的家庭。。Nine people have been locked down together in a house while trying to make a movie. Unknowingly, one of their group is infected with Covid-19. The next three weeks become a life and death struggle for survival with no help from the outside amidst a global pandemic and national chaos.。
