A boy is haunted by terrifying nightmares where a monster lurks inside the closet. To his relief, his father appears in the middle of the night helping him to face his fears. But the boy will begin to question the true nature of these apparitions, having to face the truth about his father's destiny and the evil force that threatens to consume him.。皮特在一次晚会上邂逅了无人搭讪的南希，于是两人一直都保持联系，关系越来越好。然而某天，皮特两夫妇回家发现了南希上吊而死，二人报了警。在警方的侦查过程中发现南希并不是自杀，而一切的矛头都指向皮特身上……。
