四名好友追随时尚界精英筑梦逐梦，周旋于高压工作、爱情难题和五光十色的都市夜生活。。The Life & Times of Tim is an animated comedy that tells the story of Tim Dildarian, an average cubicle monkey in his mid 20s that works for the generic company "Omnicorp" in New York. Throughout the series, Tim constantly finds himself in increasingly awkward situations in both his work and personal life。改编自1947年出版的切萨雷·帕韦塞《与勒科的对话》中的章节《海之泡沫》。古希腊诗人萨福与仙女布里托玛蒂斯在海边相遇，展开了一场关于爱与死亡的对话。据说，萨福因情伤而投海自尽，而布里托玛蒂斯则是在逃避一名男子时从悬崖跌入海中。两人共同探讨围绕她们的故事与形象，试图在片刻之间理解欲望那苦乐参半的本质。。
