《地狱盒子》是一部偏执的超自然惊悚片，讲述了一场横跨五个世纪的反人类阴谋。它是通过交织的故事情节讲述的，不同的人（来自神圣兄弟会的骑士，一群大学女生，一个自杀的精神病医生，一对有着自己黑暗秘密的鬼魂夫妇）看到他们的生活发生了可怕的变化，当他们拥有一个古老的，神秘的盒子-有人说它持有一块地狱。。Piper moves to New York for a fresh start, there she meets Austin an aspiring writer.
