剧情简介
Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。雷蒙是个独来独往的高速公路夜间巡逻员，白天在社区大学选修课程。但他的生活封闭，不愿意与外界交流，这样的他吸引了热情主动的女图书馆员费欧娜的注意。有一天，一只能言善道的鹦鹉飞进了雷蒙的拖车。鹦鹉说的话引起了雷蒙的好奇，于是展开了寻找鹦鹉主人之路。费欧娜趁机带着爱犬加入这项任务。他们发现鹦鹉的主人竟然有好几任，他们不断向前延伸寻找，鹦鹉的故事远超过他们的想象。费欧娜也逐渐发现雷蒙不欲人知的悲惨过往，她是否能照亮雷蒙心中的阴郁？但此时一场意外发生，让费欧娜突然失去了与雷曼继续的勇气.....。
