Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom. Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。本剧以追查十年前“绝世神药”绑架案的幕后凶手为故事核心，讲述了被封建婚姻束缚的侯府庶女苏沫与遭受陷害被迫替妹出嫁的沈钰阴差阳错成“姑嫂”，共同携手面对多重困难，一对欢喜冤家收获爱和成长的故事。。陷入创作低潮，计划用崭新作品重返舞台的获奖导演（南宫珉饰），遇上一位罹患绝症、怀抱演员梦想的女子（全余赟饰）。只有爱，才能治愈他们彼此的人生。。
