剧情简介
一精神分裂症虐待狂者Captain Howdy通过英特网引诱青少年进入他的痛苦圈套之内。一位侦探开始追捕他，并在不久后捕获了他的女儿，并且以他的女儿为圈套最后他们抓住他，而且把他送到精神病院。 但是在他的释放之后，镇民并不仅不接受和平宁静的Captain Howdy，而且恶意攻击他。Captain Howdy再一次抓狂，报复每件事物，并且做得比以前更疯狂。侦探能再一次阻止他吗？。Roscoe and Buster operate a combination garage and fire station. In the first half they destroy a car left for them to clean. In the second half they go off on a false alarm and return to find their own building on fire.。
