度假胜地阿米堤海滩曾多次有人被大白鲨侵袭，警长夫人艾伦对此心有余悸。多年后，其子西恩接替警长职位，他在一次出海巡逻中神秘失踪，显然是受到了大白鲨的侵袭，在艾伦悲痛之时，神秘的航海冒险家出现在她身边，于是他们一起联手对付大白鲨。。故事紧接着上一集展开，朱尼（迈克尔·奥利弗 Michael Oliver 饰）和养父班（杰克·瓦尔登 Jack Warden 饰）总算化解了他们之间的矛盾，冰释前嫌的两人在富婆拉瓦达（拉瑞恩·纽曼 Laraine Newman 饰）的资助之下决定搬家到一个新的城市生活。很显然，拉瓦达看上了班，而班也有点想要过不用再努力的生活，要命的是，拉瓦达虽然喜欢班，却不能对朱尼爱屋及乌，因为她痛恨小孩到了极点。 朱尼当然不会眼睁睁的看着班中了拉瓦达的魔怔，于是开始想尽一切方法破坏两人的关系。在此期间，朱尼遇见了和自己境遇相似的小女孩崔克斯（艾薇安·舒曼 Ivyann Schwan 饰），两人一拍即合，决定撮合他们的父母。。Marple is extremely proud when she is appointed to the board of trustees of a merchant marine training vessel whose mission is to rehabilitate young criminals.
