For the first time, nobody can decide for her .。故事背景设定在二十世纪初，以发明健康玉米片闻名全球的凯洛博士经营了一家令信徒们为之疯狂的健身疗养院，他在院中提倡禁欲、素食、瘦肠等特别的健身法，又用军事化的管理带领大家唱歌做体操，使一对慕名前来的年轻夫妻大开眼界，分别经历了一段匪夷所思的奇遇。。某山村长年为狼患滋扰，小玉（黎莉莉 饰）的哥哥、赵二的儿子、李老爹、刘三夫妇的儿子接连被恶狼所害。众人有心除害，然迷信的茶馆老板赵二却认为狼有山神护佑，打不尽、杀不绝，贸然行事还容易触怒神灵。 由于人们的纵容和恐惧，狼害愈加严重，甚至光天化日之下冲入村中伤人。人们忍无可忍，在小玉、刘三（刘琼 饰）和老张（张翼 饰）的带领下，团结起来上山打狼。 蓝苹在影片中出演刘三妻子一角，在某场戏时，曾用力过猛一脚踩空磕掉两颗牙齿。拍摄期间不满戏份过少，曾逼迫费穆加戏，“费穆被她纠缠得烦了，不得以加了几个在灶前用柴火烧饭、在家里干杂活的镜头”。。
