A 16 year old Carol is going through a period of major changes in her life. On the other hand, a new school year begins in high school, in which Carol starts her first real relationship and experiences various situations with her long-ti...。美雪发出了“想和大树结婚！”的宣言，继母亚希子以及麦田陷入慌乱，继母与婆婆之间的对决也即将上演。 有一天，宫本亚希子（绫濑遥饰）发现在“面包麦田”边打工边上大学的女儿美雪（上白石萌歌饰），临近毕业却没有找工作。“就这样在麦田打工不好吗？”，对完全不反省起步晚的美雪，亚希子开始了短期的猛特训&二人三脚的就职活动。看着亚希子为了让亡夫良一（竹野内丰饰）托付给自己的独生女儿独立而奋斗的样子，美雪也开始认真考虑自己的将来。和亚希子两人三脚的美雪开始了就职活动，不过，就在这时，宫本家发生了大骚动！ 风云儿麦田店长（佐藤健饰）也被卷入其中……天国的良一先生也！？。
