剧情简介
故事发生在第二次世界大战期间，周作（长门裕之饰）身患重病对生活失去了希望，他来到了位于冈山县的一处温泉旅馆里，决定在那里结束自己的生命。在旅馆中，周作结识了名叫新子（冈田茉莉子饰）的17岁少女，在新子的细心照料下，周作渐渐恢复了健康，也重新燃起了生的希望。 当周作再次见到新子时，已经是三年之后，周作并没有珍惜来之不易的健康，而是将它们会活在酒精和玩乐之中。周作打算邀请新子一起殉情，但新子开朗的性格令他们最终打消了这念头。时间继续流淌着，新子和周作的感情还在不断的纠缠着，为了等待周作的不期而至，新子一直都没有婚嫁。。Neneh is a little 12-year-old black girl.
