Elsa has lived her life ...。航天员付云为患罕见病妻子温小敏长期输血，却遭妻儿误解。妻子与初恋雷明暧昧，儿子轻视他。付云执行“星海远征”永别计划，临终把进修名额给儿子，被误认是雷明所为。他病危输血死亡，葬礼真相揭穿，温小敏举报雷明致其入狱，儿子受牵连，她墓前服毒赎罪。。河南农民李高峰进京打工，由于河南人的声誉不好，导致他几次被用人单位拒绝，无奈之下，他卖起了烤红薯。一次偶然的机会，看到了不远处的一道河沟，垃圾遍地，臭气熏天，他心里久久不能平静，他开始与这条河沟结下了不解“缘份”，正是因为这条河沟，使他的生活发生了变化……。
