They both know the two of them could never work. ...。古灵精怪的栗田（宫崎葵 饰）是枫唱片公司新人发掘部的一名员工，不过在两年工作期间，她始终未取得任何业绩。就在即将辞职回老家之际，栗田在网络上看到一段某朋克乐队现场演出的视频。这群张扬跋扈又不失感染力的年轻乐手让栗田仿佛看到事业的曙光。她欣喜若狂找到社长时田（中山裕介 饰），大力举荐这支名为“少年手指虎”的乐队。 一方面希望再给栗田一次机会，一方面也嗅到其中隐藏的卖点，时田决定签下“少年手指虎”，并立即举行全国巡演。作为该项目负责人，栗田开始四处寻找乐队成员，结果却惊奇地发现，所谓年轻乐手全是一群老弱病残、年过半百的大叔，而那段视频竟然是25年前录制的！巡演日期逐渐逼近，栗田只能赶鸭子上架，带着这群老头子展开了艰苦的巡演之旅……。
