With their spectacular rise comes one-in-a-lifetime opportunities from business to personal relationships, but can they hold on...。台灣猛禽研究會繼「九九蜂鷹」、「山林魅影－林鵰」後，再完成一部猛禽生態紀錄片「老鷹想飛」。片中描述俗稱老鷹的黑鳶，在農藥、滅鼠藥的危害及棲地滅失等夾縫中掙扎求生的故事，同時也完整記錄「老鷹守護者」沈振中老師為了保育黑鳶放棄教職，孤軍追逐黑鳶的甘苦心酸與對黑鳶生存困境的不捨。。三名北爱尔兰首府贝尔法斯特的菜鸟警察要为正义而奋斗，却发现他们要对抗的是贩毒集团、准军事组织、卧底特务、当地社区，甚至是自己人。一场大规模的当地犯罪帮派调查行动戛然而止后，重重困难与危险问题随之浮现。是谁在保护这些罪犯？又为何要保护他们呢？。
