Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。单亲母亲洪玫瑰（柳好贞饰）是一个典型的家庭主妇，对女儿贤雅（蔡秀彬饰）唠唠叨叨的，对世界上发生的杂事无所不知。一天，因为偶然的原因，洪玫瑰遇见了自己年轻时候的恋人明焕（朴成雄饰）。明焕想要把洪玫瑰的过去揭露出来，这使得洪玫瑰平静的生活起了涟漪。雪上加霜的是，洪玫瑰相处了20年的好朋友顺哲（吴政世饰）也来掺和一脚，这让她不得不回忆起自己在年轻时候的种种过往，回想起那个曾经梦想成为歌手并经历青涩爱情的自己。。
