The film introduces bands such as Silly, Chicorée, San...。地震之后，主人公火麻仁拥有了“只要说出赞美令人愉悦的话，就能让人拉一地的超能力”。发现自己有超能力的火麻仁怀着想要成为英雄的宏大志愿加入了一个叫做e能外派的能力者公司，却发现这个公司其实就是利用超能力帮人解决生活小事，在接了无数张“解决便秘”的e级任务后火麻仁也对工作失去了信心，谁知此时上司却突然派遣了一个被降级的A级能力者跟他做搭档，一头雾水的火麻仁却也因此终于接到了首个B级任务。。
