Kürbis.。田七是个精人，常喝醉打妻子当归，当归痛定思痛发誓要对夫报复，刚巧城中富商罗汉果欲寻名医，当归于是谎称丈夫会医术，并且要用精棍子揍田七，他才会应允他人治医，罗汉果信以为真，不但将田七痛打一顿，并将其接入家中，于是一场啼笑皆非的闹剧开始了。。影片讲述一名刺客遭到黑帮出卖，落入外科医生手中，结果变性成女人，刺客决议寻求黑帮和医生复仇的故事。罗德里格兹将分饰变性前后的刺客，韦弗则饰演那位变态医生。。
